Disa shtete ende p\u00ebr\u00e7ojn\u00eb nj\u00eb politik\u00eb nacionaliste q\u00eb godet dhe shpie ne rrezik t\u00eb gjitha fitoret e arritura n\u00eb k\u00ebto 60 vjet\u00ebt e fundit n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, duke injoruar q\u00ebllimisht normat dhe traktatet evropiane mbi diversitetin gjuh\u00ebsor dhe kulturor;<\/p>\n

Rumania, megjith\u00ebse u angazhua t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb ligjet europiane p\u00ebr ruajtjen e minoriteteve linguistike dhe regjionale, mori vendimin e gabuar q\u00eb i llogarit Arman\u00ebt si pjes\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs dhe historis\u00eb s\u00eb saj, duke mos respektuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb jen\u00eb njohur si popull me gjuh\u00eb dhe kultur\u00eb te ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe i percolli kunder vulnetit te tyre ne \u00ab Departamentin e Rumuneve t\u00eb Diaspor\u00ebs \u00bb, veprim q\u00eb solli protesta te vazhdueshme te Komunitetit t\u00eb Arman\u00ebve;<\/p>\n

N\u00eb FIROMakedonia, edhe pse arman\u00ebt jan\u00eb njohur zyrtarisht n\u00eb Kushtetut\u00eb, gjendja e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb dhe me e r\u00ebnd\u00eb pa ndihm\u00eb financiare nga ana e shtetit;<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, arman\u00ebt jan\u00eb llogaritur si pakic\u00eb me te drejta t\u00eb plota n\u00eb Ligjin e ri p\u00ebr minoritetet komb\u00ebtare;<\/p>\n
